Notre Approche
A complete dental prosthesis is used to replace all the missing teeth. They are designed to be worn by people who have lost all their natural teeth, whether in the upper jaw, lower jaw or both. These dentures can be removable or fixed.
Removable full dentures generally rest on the soft tissues of the mouth and are held in place by suction and/or the use of dental adhesives. Fixed full dentures, on the other hand, are usually supported by dental implants that are surgically fixed into the jawbone.
The main aim of a complete dental prosthesis is to restore chewing function, improve the aesthetics of the smile and maintain oral health by re-establishing a proper bite and preventing displacement of the remaining teeth.
