Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a Government of Canada initiative designed to make dental care more accessible. At Denturologie Chelhot, we are committed to helping our patients understand and take full advantage of this program.
What is the CDCP?
The CDCP was established to help Canadians without private dental insurance cover part or all of their dental care costs. This program aims to reduce financial barriers and improve the overall oral health of the population.

CDCP: Who is Eligible?
The CDCP covers a portion of dental expenses for Canadians without private dental insurance. If your net family income is below $70,000, the program covers 100% of eligible costs based on its fee schedule. If your income falls between $70,000 and $89,999, you may be required to pay a portion of the costs directly to your oral health care provider.
Canadian Dental Care Plan and Dentures
If you need a denture, the CDCP may cover part of the costs associated with denturist care. At Denturologie Chelhot, we provide personalized follow-ups to ensure your comfort. We also assist you in navigating the administrative process, helping you maximize the benefits of the program.
